Tell us about any changes to your details

If you have applied to SAAS for funding to study a full-time Undergraduate course, Nursing or Midwifery course or Postgraduate course, please use the following instructions for how to notify us of any changes to your details:

(Please note: If you have applied for any of the above courses and have also applied for Disabled Students Allowance, you will also be required to use the following instructions).

To Notify SAAS of a Change:

You can tell us about the following changes through you SAAS Account:

  • Change your course, college or university or course year
  • Notify us you have withdrawn from your course
  • Change of address
  • Change of Bank details
  • Update Loan contacts

To do this - go to My Account and log in. On the right side of your dashboard, select the relevant option for the change you want to make:-

If you have changed your name since you submitted your application, please go to My Account and select ‘Submit Enquiry’ on your dashboard.  You may also need to provide evidence of your name change such as a marriage certificate, new passport or driving license or a deed poll.

If you need to amend any other details you provided us or you want to cancel your application, please go to My Account and select “Submit Enquiry” and fully explain what you need us to update.

If you have not applied to SAAS for course funding, but have applied to SAAS for Disabled Students Allowance only, then please email the Disabled Students Allowance Team to notify us of any changes to your details.

If you have forgotten your password and/or email address and cannot access your online account, you can use our “forgotten your email address/password” services by going to My Account.
