In most cases, you will need to support initial applications for DSA with a needs assessment report from an authorised organisation. If you have not had such an assessment, we will arrange for you to get one. We currently accept assessment reports from the following organisations:

There is a pilot scheme in operation to establish an agreed quality assurance framework under which assessments can be carried out. The intention is that a greater number of organisations will be authorised to carry out assessments thus improving the efficiency of the DSA process.
