Shortened application – paper

Date due to be posted – 7 April 2008

If you applied to us on a paper application last year, you may shortly be receiving an application through the post. This will contain a summary of the support you applied for last year and all you have to do is sign it, date it and return it to us.

If you do not return this application form, you will still be required to apply for support in academic session 2008-2009 and you may have to fill out a full application form.

If you have not received your form, you should contact our General Enquiry Unit on 0845 111 1711 or email www.saas.gov.uk/contact.htm

If you need to make any changes to things like personal details, you can still do this on the shortened application form. Just mark any changes, sign it, date it, and return it to us.

If you applied to us using one of your on-line services last year, you may shortly be receiving an email with a link to the on-line shortened application service. This will contain a summary of the support you applied for last year, and all you have to do is confirm that the details have not changed and submit the form.

If you have not received an email link, you can access this application through your on-line profile. If you have any problems accessing this, you should contact our General Enquiry Unit on 0845 111 1711 or email www.saas.gov.uk/contact.htm
