Dependant child of a Swiss national

To be eligible to apply for support to study a course of higher education in the UK, you must meet all of the following conditions.

You are the dependant child of a Swiss national. If you meet any of the conditions for us to regard you as an independent student, you are not a dependant child.
You have been ordinarily resident in the EEA or Switzerland during the three years immediately prior to the relevant date. If your residence during the three year period was only and mainly for education purposes, you must have been ordinarily resident anywhere in the EEA or Switzerland prior to this period of residence.
You have been ordinarily in Scotland on the relevant date.
