Using the search box
To use the search facility enter one or more search terms into the search box and submit your search by hitting 'enter' or clicking on the search button.
Choosing your search terms
Once you have submitted your search a results page will be produced, with a list of pages related to your search terms. The most relevant page will be at the top, then the next and so on.
The search facility, by default, only returns pages that include all of your search terms. You do not need to put 'and' between the terms
Capitalization
The search is NOT case sensitive. All letters, regardless of how you type them, will be understood as lower case. For example, searches for Funding, funding, and FuNdInG will all return the same results.
Exclusion of common words
The search facility will exclude some common words such as 'where' or 'how' from the search.
If you wish for a common word to be included place an '+' in front of it and it will be included in the search.
Searching for a phrase
You may wish to search for an exact phrase. If this is the case you should put quotation marks around your search terms, e.g. "my search phrase".
