You will deal directly with customers by phone, correspondence and face to face on issues relating to student support and also recovery of funding from those no longer in education.

Enquiry Officers (A3)

At certain times of the academic calendar, the Agency’s General Enquiry Unit (GEU) deals with thousands of enquiries every day. By answering calls, e-mails and dealing with personal callers at reception you’ll be helping students get the funding they require.
