If your enquiry is specific to your application for support, you will need to give us your reference number when you contact us. You will be given your reference number when you submit your application and it is also on your Award Notice.

Our Help and contact us service helps us deal with your enquiry as quickly and accurately as possible. You will often get the answer to your query immediately but you may have to wait longer during our peak processing period of July to October, when we aim to respond within 28 days.
